Our Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) attend Brink’s
University – a week-long extensive home security training seminar.
The classes educate the DSR’s on home security, how your home
could be vulnerable and how to recommend the best security equipment.
They also learn how to present a live demo with a working model of
the security system. From start to finish, they learn every aspect
of Brink’s
Home Security’s dedication to providing rapid response and peace
of mind, 24 hours a day. All Brink’s Home Security Canada DSR’s
are background checked, licensed and bonded by the Attorney General
of British Columbia.
Brink's Home Security Installation Technicians are
thoroughly trained and versed in home security system installation
and maintenance procedures through extensive Alarm Installation Courses
and ongoing Brink's field and classroom training. This type of in-depth
training helps ensure a consistently high level of quality in every
aspect ouf our relationship with customers. Brink's Technicians arrive
in clearly marked company trucks and show identification. All technicians
are background checked, licensed and bonded by the Attorney General
of British Columbia.
Our alarm monitoring professionals are trained specifically in how to respond quickly and correctly to each alarm. They know that every alarm is an important one. They are trained to remain calm in emergency situations.

to exacting quality specifications and use a design that assures ease
of use. Most actions require only one touch, including the ON, MOTION
OFF, INSTANT and EMERGENCY buttons. Other home alarms can require
complicated button sequences to use the keypad.
